These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CX999 platform, available at cx999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", or "our"). CX999 is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform designed specifically for adult users in Pakistan.

CX999 is an information and orientation service. We provide platform guides, odds context, bonus term explanations, payment method references and responsible gambling resources. CX999 is not a licensed betting operator and does not accept wagers, process deposits or manage player accounts. We do not operate under any gaming licence issued in Pakistan. Nothing on this Platform constitutes an offer to enter into a gambling contract.

By accessing this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of this Platform immediately.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in these Terms:

Your continued use of this Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access any page of the Platform, regardless of whether you complete a registration process.

These Terms apply in addition to any other terms, guidelines or notices posted on specific sections of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a section-specific notice and these Terms, the section-specific notice shall prevail in respect of that section only.

If you are accessing this Platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. By registering, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction;
• You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current and complete;
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if it changes;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from this Platform for a violation of these Terms;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your location.

CX999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has provided false information or is in breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify CX999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. CX999 accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Each account is for the sole use of the registered individual. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited.

Subject to these Terms, CX999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

Permitted Uses

• Browsing platform guides, odds context explanations and bonus term breakdowns published by CX999;
• Accessing responsible gambling resources and support information;
• Using navigation, search and filtering tools provided on the Platform;
• Contacting CX999 support through the in-platform messaging system for account or content queries.

Nature of Information

All Content on this Platform is provided for general informational purposes only. Odds figures, bonus amounts denominated in PKR, wagering requirement examples and payment processing timelines are illustrative references and may not reflect live or current conditions on any Third-Party Operator platform. You should verify all material information directly with the relevant operator before taking any action.

Payment method references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear on this Platform as contextual orientation for Pakistani users only. These references do not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services or with CX999.

Technical Access

CX999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform or any feature thereof.

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following while using this Platform:

• Unlawful activity: Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, national or international laws or regulations, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) where applicable;
• Misrepresentation: Provide false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or in any communication with CX999;
• Automated access: Use bots, scrapers, crawlers or any automated means to access, extract or copy Platform content without prior written consent from CX999;
• System interference: Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure;
• Impersonation: Impersonate CX999, its staff, or any other person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Commercial exploitation: Reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any Content from this Platform without express written authorisation from CX999;
• Harassment: Use the Platform to harass, abuse, threaten or intimidate any person;
• Circumvention: Attempt to circumvent any access controls, security measures or usage restrictions implemented by CX999;
• Minor access facilitation: Assist or enable any person under the applicable minimum age to access this Platform or related third-party gambling services.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination of access and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

All Content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts and software — is the property of CX999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. The limited licence granted under Clause 5 does not include any right to:

• Reproduce or copy Content for public display or commercial use;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on the Platform;
• Use the CX999 name, logo or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written consent.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

CX999 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
• Warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or currency of any Content, including odds figures, bonus terms or payment processing information;
• Warranties that defects in the Platform will be corrected;
• Warranties regarding the quality, suitability or availability of any Third-Party Operator referenced on this Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CX999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities;
• Gambling losses incurred on any Third-Party Operator platform;
• Reliance on any Content, odds figures or bonus information published on this Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any conduct or content of any third party referenced on or linked from this Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, CX999's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed PKR 5,000 or the amount you paid to CX999 in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, CX999's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CX999, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your use of the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by these Terms;
• Any content or information you submit through the Platform;
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
• Any gambling activity you undertake on a Third-Party Operator platform following your use of this Platform.

CX999 reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with CX999 in asserting any available defences.

CX999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users through the in-platform messaging system or by displaying a notice on the homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CX999 is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. CX999 does not represent that this Platform or its Content is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.

If you are accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Pakistan Telecommunications (Re-organisation) Act, 1996, and any directives issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). CX999 makes no representation that accessing this Platform is lawful under Pakistani law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which CX999 is domiciled. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.
