CX999 may use infrastructure providers whose servers are located outside Pakistan. Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection is in place, including:

• Engaging processors only in jurisdictions that maintain equivalent data protection standards;
• Requiring data processors to adhere to contractual data protection obligations consistent with recognised international standards;
